McGregor Square and Denver Friendors are so excited to welcome you to the Mercado at McGregor! We can’t wait for you to be part of this amazing market right by Coors Field, showcasing Denver's best Latinx brands, local creators, and small-batch makers. Situated right in the heart of downtown LoDo, this event is all about celebrating our vibrant local community and the awesome cultural small businesses that bring it to life.

This market takes place on September 5, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at McGregor Square (1901 Wazee St, Denver, CO).

Please take a look at the operational and setup details on this page. Keep in mind that the Mercado is strictly an artisan-only market. Per venue rules, no outside food or drinks can be sold by vendors (with the exception of pre-approved, sealed retail hot sauces). Take a moment to read through these guidelines so setup goes smoothly and we're all set for the big game-day crowd!

Load-In

Event Schedule

Load-In / Setup: Saturday, September 5, 2026, starting at 1:30 PM
Setup Completion: 2:45 PM (booths must be fully operational prior to market open)
Event Hours: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Load-Out / Tear-Down: 9:00 PM

Arrival & Unloading Logistics

Primary Access Point: The designated load-in area is located near 19th and Wynkoop Street. This is the entry point for vendors utilizing vehicle unloading.
Pedestrian Entry: Vendors entering on foot may also access the plaza via 20th and Wazee Street. Please note that the valet drop-off area must remain clear at all times.
Parking & Vehicle Operations: Vendors are responsible for securing their own parking, as parking is not provided. We strongly recommend bringing a wagon or rolling cart to streamline gear transport. If unloading at the curb, please move your vehicle to a parking facility immediately after unloading before setting up your booth display.

Booth & Facility Guidelines

Display Boundaries: All merchandise, displays, and equipment must be contained strictly within your assigned booth footprint.
Inventory Storage: All packing materials, bins, and overstock must be completely concealed from public view (e.g., stored beneath draped tables).
Restrooms: On-site restrooms are located inside Milepost Zero, the food and beverage hall on the east side of the plaza.

Booth Setup

BOOTH GUIDELINES
All tents must be white or branded. Tents must be heavy-duty and built for durability, made with robust, weather-resistant materials like PVC or thick canvas, featuring a strong frame structure with metal poles. They should provide substantial coverage and reliable protection against varying weather conditions, making them suitable for events, markets, or long-term outdoor use; beach tents are not acceptable.

Individual booth assignments are at the sole discretion of The Artisan Bazaar organizational committee. Locations are not interchangeable; however, we reserves the right to make adjustments on-site as needed.

Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the assigned booth space and may not obstruct walkways or other exhibitors. Exhibitors are not to activate outside of their assigned booth space. Storefronts must remain open at all times during market hours.

Except for reasonable breaks, all booths are to be staffed and “open for business” during such times as the market is open to the public.

SIGNAGE
Displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing.

SUBLETTING
Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. The only company permitted to activate within a specific booth space is the one that was approved by Denver Friendors. Exhibitors may not share their booth space or use their space for any other reason without prior approval from Denver Friendors.

EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITY
All work exhibited must be original and handcrafted by the artist/crafter. Limited use of manufactured items will be allowed (giclées, lithographs, serigraphs, monoprints, etc.).

Exhibitors are responsible for their own property as well as furnishing their own tables, chairs, lights, credit card equipment, etc.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance and protection of artwork/crafts and display.

Exhibitor’s space must be left clean after packing up.

Booth Assignment

Please review the list and image below for your booth assignment and location. Upon arrival at the plaza, you will find your business name displayed on the floor at your designated space.

Tiered Arrival Times

Load-in begins Saturday, September 5th at 1:00 PM on Wynkoop Street. To prevent traffic congestion, all vendors have been assigned staggered arrival times in order of map placement. Please arrive only at your designated time. Vehicles must be fully unloaded and cleared from the street by 2:30 PM. Vendors entering on foot may access via 20th and Wazee at any time.
