Licensing Requirement:
All vendors selling food or beverages must hold the proper license. Inspectors may arrive without notice, and it is your responsibility to have the required paperwork on hand. For details on Florida’s Cottage Food Law, DBPR license, and insurance, visit:

Street Closure & Unloading:
Streets close in the morning, so unloading directly on the street is not allowed. A parking lot is conveniently located next to the event area, making unloading simple. A wagon is strongly recommended. Setup begins at 3:30 PM.
Equipment:
Electricity unavailable / generators accepted.
Battery-operated lights highly encouraged (lighting is dim at night).
White or branded tents only.
Tent weights required — no exceptions.
Tent rentals not available.
Restrictions:
Food trucks not permitted.
